Shipping & Returns
We use the most efficient and stable packing materials for lamps and anti-static bubble wrap for electronic parts. Orders and shipments are processed through USPS Priority Mail Monday - Friday.
All parts are tested and considered used, even if from a new broken screen tv. Due to our extremely LOW LOW prices, ALL PARTS are sold "AS IS". In the rare event that AN ITEM IS DEFECTIVE/DOA, WE WILL SHIP OUT SAME PART NUMBER AS REPLACEMENT. Marcoselectronics.com is not responsible if customer has ordered a part that is incompatible/wrong part ordered or if customer has misdiagnosed tv problem. It is recommended, that owner of tv has tv correctly diagnosed prior to ordering part. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know what they are looking for and know the part that they need before placing order. If wrong part is ordered, there is a 25% restocking fee minus shipping cost. Shops do not have a restocking Fee. WE DO NOT ISSUE ANY REFUNDS. WE ONLY GIVE STORE CREDIT OR REPLACE YOUR PART.
Returning a Product to Marcos Electronics
We want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience at MarcosElectronics.com If you buy a product and it is not the one you needed, we can only give you credit on the total amount of the product minus shipping cost, after we receive the product back that we sent you OR a tracking number is provided to us for part being shipped backed to us. All our products have security marking identifiers on them to help prevent part fraud. We will verify these markings on all RMA items.
Most products can be returned for a replacement or exchange.
